The St. Louis Bandits of the American Arena League have announced their season has ended due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. They released the following statement:
St. Louis Bandits Fans:
We want to thank you for a great first season but sadly our season got cut short due to Covid. Our game this week has been cancelled. Covid 19 has impacted everyone over the last year and we are sad to end so soon. We will be back next year bigger and better.

It does not seem that the Bandits will be folding. As they even say in the statement they will be back. The Bandits team was fun to watch, and they also looked good. They finished the season 2-1, with their one loss being against the best team in the AAL. Quarterback Donovan Porterie led the team this season. Fans should hope that he returns. He was very fun to watch.
