Late last night The Spring League revealed the first of two new team logos for its upcoming expansion franchises. Earlier today, when the league announced their May 6th return on FOX, the team identity was announced as the Sea Lions.
With the season right around the corner, as expected The Spring League has now teased the internet with the logo of their other expansion team.

For the folks with a keen eye, you’re most likely aware that the new franchise is set to be the Linemen. This comes from TSL’s earlier press release announcing their return. Beyond the return date, we also learned that we’re going to be seeing some pretty legendary coaches this season. We’ll see Jerry Glanville, Mike Riley, Kevin Gilbride and Brad Andrus; all of which where in the XFL. In Gilbride’s case, we’re looking at a two-time Super Bowl winning coach.
With the XFL out of action this year and possibly next, The Spring League is in good position to gain some ground. Couple that with their deal with FOX Sports and the two-extra teams, things are looking up for TSL. We’re looking forward to covering the upcoming 2021 TSL season and we hope you’re on board for the ride.
