The XFL continues to make announcements, and it seems like another one was quietly made today. In his latest post, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, owner of the XFL, mentions that Texas is going to be the XFL’s HQ.
On top of that, it was recently revealed that all of the coaches were going to have a meeting in Dallas this week.
I know the new head coaches are meeting with XFL owners in Dallas this week. Not sure if Dallas is serving as XFL headquarters, but it sounds like it.

As we continue to put the puzzle pieces together, it seems like the XFL’s headquarters could certainly be in the Dallas, or Arlington areas. This would make sense, since the XFL will likely have at least two Texas franchises in 2023.
FWIW: The early word on the new XFL head coaches
Bob Stoops- Dallas
Wade Phillips- Houston
Terrell Buckley- Orlando
Reggie Barlow- DC
Anthony Becht- St. Louis
Rod Woodson-Las Vegas
Hines Ward- San Antonio
Jim Haslett- SeattleNot determined yet. The situation is fluid.

Right now, most of this is speculative. However, since Johnson did specify that the HQ is in Texas, the league would benefit from utilizing Texas cities. Coaches are currently meeting there. Plus, Dallas is the home for the Renegades. Odds are we see Texas as a contributor for the XFL in 2023.
