Earlier we reported that the XFL was likely to announce the eight cities and host venues for their 2023 season by the end of the month.
Shortly after we put this news out, XFL fan Joe Siegler replied to us on social media with some more news. As a former Dallas Renegades season ticket holder, he received an email from the XFL to RSVP for an upcoming town hall.

He suspects that this will coincide with the upcoming announcement. We have been unable to confirm, but we would expect that the news will be released by the time of the event.
It is worth noting that this event is taking place after the final XFL Showcase event of the year. Knowing that, it may be relating to the event moreso than the big news everyone is waiting for.
The XFL town hall is set to take place Sunday, July 24th at 6pm CT. But, it looks like you may need to be invited to the event from the league. If you were a Dallas Renegades season ticket holder in 2020, we suggest you check your inbox.
