The NFL Playoffs are in full force right now, and the XFL is set to kick off in only 27 days. During tonight’s battle between the Green Bay Packers and Seattle Seahawks Fox aired the first nationally televised ad for the XFL. Thanks to XFL Plus, we have footage to share with you.

Many had suspected that we would see advertisements for the league leading up to kickoff. Some going as far as to say that we may even get an ad during the Super Bowl. Seeing as how Fox has gone above and beyond for Smackdown on their network, it seems that we may be getting the same treatment for the XFL. The XFL kicks off just one week after the Super Bowl, which is also being broadcast on Fox.
This is just another example of the XFL getting great exposure due to their television partners. We still can’t confirm that the new league will be mentioned during the Super Bowl in any capacity, but it’s something that isn’t out of the reach of reality.
