Yesterday Vince McMahon took to Twitter to promote the upcoming XFL season. Today, Vince got a presidential re-tweet from Donald Trump.
Good luck Vince, this will be great! https://t.co/084GASJN6e

Love him or hate him, you must admit that President Trump has quite the Twitter following. Some say that is part of the reason he won the election. Donald Trump and Vince McMahon have a long business history. McMahon hosted WrestleMania IV & V out of Trump Plaza in the late 80’s. In the early 2000’s the WWE had a story line that Trump had bought the Raw brand leading to a hear vs hair match with McMahon and Trump in the corner of their respective fighter. Trump went on to be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame, making him the first United States Prresident to be in the club.
A while back there were some rumors that McMahon had invited President Trump to the join the XFL for it’s opening weekend. Since then we have learned that the XFL’s first game will be in DC against the Dragons of Seattle. This is no confirmation either way, but the US President tweeting about your business can only be a good thing in my opinion.
