The league has been ramping up the hires lately, and it seems to have made people notice. Today LinkedIn released their Top 25 hottest US start-ups to work for, and the XFL came in at #22. This is great news for the new league, and should definitely help in their mission to find the best people for the right roles.
Most, if not all of the coaching positions have been filled; now we’ve seen the league focus on communications and marketing positions among others in the build up to February.
“The annual Top Start-ups list is a reflection of how work is changing, what new industries are emerging and rapidly growing, and where people want to work now,” said Jessi Hempel, senior editor at large at LinkedIn.
If you’re interested in working for the XFL, you can find a full list of their open positions on XFL.com.
Below is the blurb specifically about the XFL:

Backed by WWE chairman Vince McMahon, the relaunch of XFL will re-imagine professional football on and off the field by making games faster and fan-focused.
